Materials are specified for how they age rather than how they photograph – stone, timber, plaster, and metalwork at a very high and specific grade.

The orientation of the building was decided before the floor plans. Every residence, without exception, opens to the lake. There is no rear-facing unit. There is no compromise unit. This is the rare case where the value of the residence is not principally decided by floor plan.
